This was my first experience with Sarga massage and Jae guided me through what to expect and answered some questions I had, which made me feel super comfortable from the start. The deep, sustained pressure on both large and small muscles, and Jae’s balance of strength and gentleness was amazing! Afterwards I felt centered and refreshed. I recently have received a Sarga Bodywork session and it was surprisingly relaxing... The slow glide along with deep pressure from the foot is very tolerable due to a larger surface area than a hand. With my ADHD, this slow deep compression type of work was very calming for my brain and I started falling asleep once I was face up!

Jae was just wonderful. They were so attentive to my needs and wants for the session, and I felt so comfortable the entire time I was there. They checked in just the right amount, and they clearly know their way around a massage table. It was great to spend time with someone so friendly as well as skilled, and their dog (whose presence is optional, clients decide) is such a sweetie! From the moment I was greeted at the door I knew this was going to be great. Very relaxing setting, and Jae was very welcoming. Wonderful massage! My boyfriend and I each got 30 min massages. I got cupping too. It was a great atmosphere, very relaxing, and one of the highlights of my time upstate! I will definitely go back! Cannot recommend enough.

I can say, without exaggeration, that my massage with Jae was the best massage of my life! First, her intake form and the conversation that followed was so thoughtful, making space and time for many different aspects of embodiment, comfort, pain, etc. Jae has an incredibly thoughtful, warm energy that made the massage feel safe and restorative.
