Prenatal Massage

Relaxing and safe bodywork to help pregnant clients.

Bodies undergo many changes during and after pregnancy. For many people, massage is safe throughout! Massage can help with a broad spectrum of elements: from pain or tension of physical changes to the need for stress-relief and rest.

Bolsters are used to comfortably position clients in reclining and side-lying positions throughout their massage.

Available to pregnant clients with doctor's approval.
