Note: there may be times when receiving massage therapy would not be safe or helpful: at certain times in recovery from illness or injury, with certain medical conditions, or based on advisement from your primary care physician.

Your safety and health is the highest priority. I will communicate fully if there are any reasons massage is not advisable, or if we need to get approval from your doctor. If massage is not appropriate for you at a certain time, we can always make a plan for future treatments or talk about other safe, therapeutic bodywork or movement practices.

    Integrative massage sessions blend different modalities to create a customized session for you and your body.

    Modalities can include: Swedish relaxation, myofascial release techniques, lymphatic drainage, stretching, cupping, hot stones, and acupressure.

    We will discuss before and during our session the use of different modalities, and you can always ask questions!

    SARGA BODYWORK is a slow, myofascial, deep tissue massage method where the practitioner uses their feet.

    barefoot massage techniques are less "pointed" [than hands-on techniques] and have the ability to deliver deeper, more consistent pressure due to the broader contact surface area of therapists' feet and the gravitational force that can be accessed for the delivery of the techniques.

    INTEGRATIVE FUSION sessions combine different hands-on modalities and Sarga Bodywork barefoot techniques.
